The house will be offered in perfect conditions. Rent includes water, electricity, gas, satellite TV, appliances and linen.
Upon request, cleaning and cooking services
can be offered.
A deposit of 30% of the rent is needed to confirm a reservation. The deposit is not refundable if cancellation is made less than 3 months before arrival.
An additional security deposit will be requested upon arrival and returned upon departure unless there is a deduction for damage or expenses.
